How to request deletion of your data from our services, Avantera cloud backups, and messaging integrations.

How to request data deletion
To request deletion of your data from Advance Vision Tech Solutions services, email us at [email protected].
Please include the following so we can verify your request:
- Your full name and company name.
- The email address associated with your Avantera account or request.
- A description of the data to delete (e.g. cloud backups, WhatsApp records, account data).
Avantera account and cloud data
We will delete your Avantera online account, support history, license information, and eligible cloud backup snapshots. Once cloud backups are deleted, they cannot be recovered.
Messaging and Meta integration data
If you used our WhatsApp Business or Facebook Messenger integrations, we will delete or review for deletion any associated integration records, access tokens, and stored message metadata where eligible.
Requests originating directly from third-party platforms — such as Facebook app-removal signed requests — are handled automatically by our backend service in line with Meta's data-deletion requirements, and return a confirmation reference.
Local desktop data
Data stored locally on your own computer by the Avantera Business desktop application is not accessible to us and must be managed or deleted by you on your device.
Retention exceptions
Some records may be retained after a deletion request for:
- Legal and regulatory compliance.
- Security, fraud prevention, and audit logs.
- Accounting and billing records.
- Dispute resolution and service-integrity needs.
